FAQ for Payment Failure

Hello All Dear Customers, some payments might receive a payment declined notice with "Your card has been declined".

We may have found the problem and solution!

Since we are currently using an international account to receive payments from fans world-wide (including local US, and foreign regions such as Canada, UK and EU). It is possible that your card issuing bank may need your authorization for making the payment because for some banks this is considered as an international payment.

After that, we can try making the payment again and it should be all good :)
